There's a very alien quality to the rocky landscape across the central belt of Arizona- myriad of boulder type formations seem to be a very common sight. It's genuinely like nothing that i've seen before. This was taken near to the Queen Creek Tunnel. 2017.
This is eastern Arizona- in the Superstition Mountains, which is in the lower reaches of the Tonto National Forest. We were driving downhill towards Queen Creek Tunnel and couldn't resist stopping to take in this view; crouching down in the middle of the road to get the shot. 2017.
Not sure what to make of these specific rock formations, buy they were interesting enough that i pulled off to the side of the road to get the shot. These formations are in the Superstition Mountains in eastern Arizona. 2017.
