Brazos Crossing

It’s not very often that I’d be so cavalier with a live railway, but it was an enticing photographic opportunity. This bridge crosses the Brazos River, just west of the greater Houston area. 2013

Brookshire

I came across this dilapidated old farm house, with what looked like a crop spreader close by. This is in Brookshire, a rural area west of the greater Houston area. I hung around for a while here as it offered an interesting foreground for some expansive Houston skies. 2013

This is Lockhart Courthouse, located in Caldwell County, just to the south east of Austin, Texas. A historic structure, constructed in the late 19th century.
